Neighborhood Cleanups
On a monthly basis, typically every last Saturday of the month or earlier when scheduling conflicts arise due to national holidays, Spring Break, or weather, we host a Neighborhood Cleanup at the David Nelson Pocket Park. Local residents and community volunteers are warmly invited to join us in picking up litter throughout the surrounding streets, including Brown, Williams, Monterey, Lake, and Haley.
All cleanup supplies are provided, and everyone is welcome to participate. The goal of this program is to build pride and a sense of ownership among residents, fostering a community-led commitment to keeping the neighborhood clean, safe, and cared for.
If you are an organization or an individual interested in joining us for a monthly cleanup, please fill out our volunteer form to get involved.
