Neighborhood Cleanups

Monthly, on every other last Saturday of the month, we organize a neighborhood cleanup event at the David Nelson Pocket Park. We extend a warm invitation to local residents and community volunteers to join us in the collective effort to pick up litter in the vicinity, covering Brown, Williams, Monterey, Lake, and Haley Streets. All necessary equipment is provided, and participation is open to everyone. The program’s overarching goal is to instill a sense of pride and ownership among local residents, fostering a community-driven commitment to the cleanliness of their neighborhood.
